The past few years she's partnered with Harwich Conservation Trust, and other organizations in bringing her practice to beautiful outdoor spaces so that people can connect with the elements and energies of nature. Learn more at capecodqigong.org.
What is QiGong? QiGong is energy work. It's the natural life force energy that is within us and all around us. This is a self-healing practice where we follow a series of slow and gentle movements that combine proper posture, healthy breathing, and mindfulness. QiGong helps us to release any stagnant energies so that we may achieve and maintain health, healing, and vitality of the body, mind, and spirit.
This class is appropriate for all levels. You may even bring a chair if you find it challenging to stand for the entire class. QiGong can be modified, and either way, you can feel the meditative benefits and healing energies that are cultivated during the class. Dress for weather (if outdoors) and comfort.
